Take 3 has produced a short teaser film which sits on the homepage. It aims to be engaging and easy for parents in all situations to relate to - to reassure them that they are not alone. The site is packed with information and ideas and is supported by guide called 'What parents need to know.'

Feedback so far has been extremely positive. BECTA and the South West Grid for Learning (SWGfL) fully support the film and are promoting it through their own channels. Take 3 wins two at IVCA Clarion Awards

Take 3 takes both the Strategic Communication and Best Video Awards at the 2008 awards. The Clarions ceremony, at the BFI Southbank on Friday 26th September, celebrated the best in effective, ethical and sustainable and CSR communications - from corporate communications, to stage, screen, radio, online and events.

Orange commissioned Take 3 to produce the five short, award-winning 'Safety Online' films to challenge young, media-conscious audiences about how they behave online and approach social networking sites as part of a new campaign.

Each film tackles a different topic in a fresh and relevant way, to prompt debate and discussion, and to raise awareness. Free to schools across the UK on DVD, the films, supporting activities, and teachers' notes are an important, thought-provoking addition to Citizenship curriculum resources.

Rebecca D'Arcy, Marketing, Risk & Issues Manager, Orange Corporate Social Responsibility said-

“Orange are over the moon to have been publicly recognised for the 'Safety Online' campaign and its success continues to grow among schools. In only a matter of months since launch, the film has been requested by over 50% of UK secondary schools and the positive feedback has been far greater than we had hoped.

Take 3 had incredible vision in bringing internet safety issues to life and thanks to their creativity, Orange now have an unrivalled education tool that goes beyond simply telling kids what they should and shouldn't do online.”

This success follows big wins for Take 3 at both the annual IVCA Awards and CiB Awards earlier this year.

Working to tight timescales and budget, Take 3 utilised its in-house facilities and team to produce a film that works as effectively on the big screen as it does online, and which challenges anyone going to sea to think about their actions.
