This film was produced as part of training and induction for all customer-facing employees and agents within the Post Office network.

The key objectives were to help staff understand that very often it’s the most simple considerations and changes which make the biggest difference to disabled customers; to reduce concerns or mistaken preconception that employees might have had regarding serving disabled customers; and to raise awareness that disabled people are just like any other customers and require the same level of quality service that any other customers would require.
